Learn 4 Steps to relaxation and getting your me time on.

2018 you have been so busy taking care of everyone but yourself. In 2019 , it's time for self care. RELAXATION is a must. Do little things to uplift your spirit. Treat yourself, don't cheat yourself. Most of the time everyone is demanding your services, your time and your space. Sometimes you wish you could split yourself in two or just not answer the phone.


Step 1. Come to and understanding you are not a machine and you need some time to yourself. If you keep running this race, you will break down.


Step 2. Talk to your family or partner and let them know that you will be needing a day to yourself where no one is to contact you unless it's and emergency. Understanding is a big thing in a family unit.


Step: 3. Pick your relaxation day and make it routine. If it's at home, get a diffuser and add oils such as peppermint, lavender or lemon. Aromatherapy helps to calm the nerves. Get some bubble bath from, TJmaxx, Bath and Body works or the Body Shop. You can add to essentials oils to it. Get some candles and set the mood for yourself. Get a portable speaker and your cellphone and go to youtube to calming music and lay in that tube and melt your stress away.

Get a glass of win or sparkling cider. Remember your happiest is important.


Step4: If your not in the house, book yourself a staycation for one night. Find a nice plush hotel on Groupon or online that has a deal. Go there order room service, go to the jacuzzi, schedule a massage for yourself or just take yourself out to dinner.


Remember if you don't take care of you, then your no good to anybody and you only live once.
